From our beginning in 1981 with one 2,000 square-foot club in Statesville, NC, we've had the simple goal of offering the best service and training to our members at an affordable price. As we've grown we have been able to broaden that philosophy to include quality gear at a competitive cost, and knowledgeable staff in markets around the world. As we've grown we've been able to offer more class for women, children, and adults who are looking for more defensive training or looking for a currier in MMA. We now have several brands and a variety of equipment. |  |

Our goal in the future is to continue to add new facilities in our current market. We plan to continue to update and improve our facilities and, where and when we can, replace our older clubs with newer locations.
