Our Women's Fit Class is for those who are interested in getting and staying in shape. This is a challenging Head to Toe workout. With our Muay Thai techniques you will learn how to get the most out of a short cardio work out. This women's fitness class will teach you how to reduce body fat, improve endurance, increase strength and improve self-confidence. Remember to dress ready to workout. We can guarantee results if you stick to only two to three days a week. You'll build more muscle than any aerobic work out, your body will become a lean, fat burning machine, and you'll improve your overall flexibility.
Classes consist of:

1. 25 minutes of heavy bag and cardio training.
We change up each class with a variation of cardio exercises. You'll be able to find (and keep) your best body with our Ultimate Fitness Plan. We've armed you with a weekly workout program that will challenge you, keep you from getting bored, and sculpt new muscles you never knew you had.

2. 10 minutes of core training
You've been obsessing over your abs for almost two decades. That ends now. Because we laid out a foolproof plan to kick those elusive buggers out of hiding.
Why is our plan so damn effective? Because it hits your entire core--not just your abs but also the muscles that support the spine--from all angles with a variety of moves that challenge your stability, balance, and rotational strength. As for results: Do the moves two to three non-consecutive days a week with the right meal plan and you'll notice a flat-out hot difference in just 30 days.

3. 10 minutes of static technique for flexibility.
The static technique involves passively stretching a muscle to the point of mild discomfort by holding it in a maximal stretch for an extended period. It remains a very effective, relatively safe, and popular method of stretching. Recommendations for the optimal holding time are varied, ranging from 10 seconds to 60 seconds.

We meet three days per week:
Monday & Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.
Saturday at 9:30 A.M.
