Our adult classes are co-ed. Anybody who is serious about Self Defense, Extreme Fitness, or wants to train for a career in the ring or cage. We train both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. This is absolutely the #1 way to train for what ever reasons you may have. These classes are one hour to one and one half hours long and are very challenging.

As vitally important as great instruction is to your progress, it's also heavily influenced by the people you train with - your fellow students.
Our students at Champion Muay Thai have an incredible breadth and depth of experience in the martial arts, and come from all walks of life. You'll find students here to be most welcoming and friendly, always ready to offer helpful advice, and will also show you the utmost care and courtesy.

The Adult class program draws on a range of arts and influences that follow the above philosophy. Our primary goal in training is to promote development of technical ability and understanding in a well-rounded set of real world self-defense skills. A by-product of our training is fantastic new level in all aspects of your health and fitness!
Our fulltime center boasts an incredible array of training times for people with busy lives - The Adult class schedule has classes 6 DAYS A WEEK, daytimes, and evenings...

Class Times
Evening class meets four nights a week:
Monday thru Thursday at 7:00 P.M.
Morning Classes meet three days a week:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 11:00 A.M.
